He has represented his state and participated in national tournaments for both his college and school. Understanding the significance of proper training, mindfulness, and nutrition in an athlete's life, he is deeply committed to health and fitness. Midhun is also an avid runner and swimmer, currently honing his skills in Brazilian jujitsu. He believes that maintaining discipline, routine, and mental wellness are essential for success, both in sports and in life.

Chintu Karthikeyan known widely as Chintu Karthik, is a graduate in Polymer Chemistry and holds Masters degree in Business administration with specialization in Marketing & Corporate Strategy. Raised in the United Arab Emirates, he has a very versatile portfolio. He has over 15 years of experience in Logistics and aviation. He was the director of aviation for the Ras Al Khaimah International Airport in UAE. He also has about 11 years experience in the Media Industry. He owns and operates Carthix Ventures which is a content management company trading is content for cinema and digital platforms. He is also the Managing Director of Bolichi Science Pvt Ltd which is a Research & Development Firm.

With an NSNIS qualification and a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Physical Education from LNIPE, specializing in Badminton, Arjun is armed with the credentials to make heads turn. He's honed his skills at prestigious academies like Jwala Gutta and Prakash Padukone. Arjun developed a unique coaching method that tailors techniques to each player's style. Notably, under his guidance, Arjun has propelled five national players to the forefront in just six months, a true testament to his exceptional coaching approach and his ability to nurture future stars. With his unmatched expertise and unwavering dedication, Arjun is a true asset to our academy.
